While my airport operations was inactive, I volunteered to deploy with my STSO for two months to MMH airport to help assist in their daily operations. I was flexible in training on new equipment I have never used before to be able to help assist. Applied and was selected for the Innovation Check point at McCarran International airport. This was a very immersive checkpoint in which we learned and tested out some of the new equipment that are being used in airports today. Some include machines such as the Bps Cat as well as the new CT Smiths. I have taken on roles such as OJT monitor as well as acting Lane Leads various times
