Torrid is a plus size retail store that specializes in inclusive sizing and marketing. Torrids familiar and welcoming customer service is what helps them stand out among other retail stores.

As a sales associate I assisted customers in a fast paced retail environment, managed inventory, collaborated effectively with coworkers and handled cash using electronic and analog systems. In this position I was also required to encourage customers to make additional purchases and promoted benefits of store credit cards and customer loyalty programs.
