I’ve been in the hair industry for 25 years. I started in high school. I loved working with new clients and making them feel great about themselves. I dealt with a lot good and bad clients. But for the most part it was good. I was a manager for years so I had a lot of extra job duties than just hair. I am a people person and have work with customer service. I also worked in the beauty supply store for licensed professionals. I worked there for six years as my second job as a color specialist to help other hairstylists formulate color, and teach them the ins and outs of color. I’ve dealt with being robbed a few times and followed the rules by the company by giving them what they wanted and letting the police handle the rest. I am a hands on type of learner and once I get the hang of it I have no trouble at all. I love learning new things in life and while I’m working I do my job as much as possible to the highest expectation. I’m an extremely hard worker. And if someone asks me to do something I get it done. I’m willing to learn everything I need to know to be a great team member and serve for my community. I have a great personality, I like to have fun at work, but when I need to be serious I am. I get along with others very well and I like to feel like family. I just wanted a change in life but be able to still help people.
