I oversaw daily facility operations primarily at Lakeland. Some of my main duties were as follows: 

• Working to build a positive rapport with patrons and staff. 
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed 
• Supervising staff and issuing disciplinary action when necessary.
•  Monitoring and recording pool chemistry and counts then. entering and submitting them monthly to the Michigan Department of Health and Safety.
• Monthly scheduling of the lifeguard staff and and approving shift substitute submissions. 
• Dealing with emergency situations and calmly making decisions appropriate to the situation at hand.
• Conducted interviews and made hiring recommendations
• Scheduled and conducted monthly inservice trainings 
• Scheduling and billing for group visits to both Lakeland and Milford pools.

In the head guard position and my current position I have demonstrated adeptness at both customer and employee relations. I am constantly working to learn new aspects of each job position in the facility. I never shy away from a challenge and gladly step in to help whenever and wherever I am needed.
