
With a background as an IoT specialist, I’ve gained hands-on experience building and securing interconnected device ecosystems, which has given me a clear understanding of the security challenges these systems face. Redesigned a company’s flat network by implementing VLANs, configuring firewall rules, and deploying EDR on workstations to enhance security and performance.
Doctor’s Office Network Setup
Completed a two-day project configuring switches, an edge gateway, and five APs, along with terminating patch panels, replacing cables and keystone jacks, and verifying connectivity for all devices (computers, printers, Wi-Fi, etc.).

Assisted in the installation of a Lenel Access Control system, configuring IoT devices, linking AD400/NDE devices to gateways and PIMS, and troubleshooting issues.

Supervised the installation of fiber optics with Jade Communications, ensuring proper fiber termination, labeling, and adherence to naming conventions.

Managed the replacement of 60-70 EOL IP cameras, overseeing installation, configuration, and integration into the security management system.
