• My job responsibilities include, greeting, assisting , and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while following all FAA and FAR regulations. I also handle meal service, manage difficult situations calmly, assist those with specific needs, and supporting my fellow crew.

• My job responsibilities, included answering calls to help customers, checked voice messages, and managed reservations and guest seating. I also collected cover charges during late-night hours and kept track of paid covers.

• My job responsibilities included, assisting guests with travel needs at Alaska Airlines. As a member of the passenger service team, I responded to guest inquiries and preformed various tasks in ticketing, check in, and boarding areas.

• My job responsibilities included, educating customers on the drink menu, made recommendations based on their preferences, and quickly prepared multiple orders. I also kept the bar clean throughout the day and provided excellent customer service to all guests.

I helped customers on the sales floor and kept merchandise organized and looking good. I also found items for shoppers, rang up purchases, and worked the register.

I made coffee and other drinks at an onsite coffee stand while providing great service to all kinds of customers. I also handled opening and closing duties and helped create a smooth, positive experience.
