My name is Caydence Sharp, I am 20 years old and currently enrolled as a student at Everett Community College. My ability to adapt to my work environment is a strong asset, I can work independently and take a leadership role if the situation calls for it. I am reliable and accomplish the tasks that are given. I maintain very strong communication skills and take customer service to the highest level possible. I strive to maintain a fun, and enjoyable attitude and work place environment all while keeping the level of professionalism. I not only push myself to be the best that I can, I strive to encourage others to amplify fun, caring and the highest quality of work ethics that we can provide to our community.
My job experience is currently in the food industry. The following skills are my strengths
At Lewis and Main, I currently work as a hostess full time and a server when its needed. At Lewis and Main my responsibilities are greeting customers with the most polite and respectful energy, while following my guidelines of folding silverware, filling up empty water bottles up off of customers tables, removing dirty plates from tables/bussing, and sometimes doing expo runs when we are super crowded and need extra hands.
When I worked at Wingstop, I was a cashier who served the responsibilities of greeting customers when walked through the door, handing the correct orders on a timely manner to the customers, cleaning constantly around the building, and lots more.
