Provide specialized emergency nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, trauma, and behavioral health emergencies in a high-volume pediatric emergency department affiliated with Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Performed rapid assessments, triage, medication administration, patient and family education, and coordinated multidisciplinary care. As Charge Nurse, supervised department operations, managed patient flow and staffing assignments, facilitate communication among healthcare team members, responded to critical situations, and ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, family-centered care.

• Healthcare Case Manager/Child and Family Nurse – Coordinate and manage healthcare services for children and families involved with the child welfare system. Conduct comprehensive assessment, facilitate access to medical, behavioral health, developmental, and community resources, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Advocate for children's health needs, provide family education, and support positive health outcomes through care coordination and case management.
