Leading a team by teaching and motivating coworkers to perform effectively to ensure that customers have an exceptional IKEA and brand shopping experience, leading to increase in sales and promotion of long term customer relationships.

• Support the Kitchen Department making sure the plans and quotes are accurate. Create and follow routines.
• Partnering with the different IKEA Service providers to support, resolve and ensure installations of Kitchen and countertops are accomplished at the highest level.

• Provide relocation services to professionals relocating global y including assistance with community orientation, government compliance, banking, home rental assistance and school information.
  
  

• Handle al aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the sale, processing applications and following up.
  
  

• Planned and synchronized all activities related to the celebration of the Episcopal Charities and Community Service Annual Gala.
  

• Collaborated with GM in outlining the hotel's new sales agenda to boost overall hotel profitability and executed the year forecasting function. Exploited new revenue channels by implementing new promotional and marketing activities, setting pricing and rate strategies. Scope of responsibilities included: overseeing a 4-member team in the Groups Department, responding to request for quotations, processing contracts and performing site inspections.
