I am an experience school bus operator dedicated in transporting safely students for 27 years in Broward County School District of Florida while maintaining a safe driving record in compliance with transportation safety protocols and regulations. In the course of that job, I demonstrated competency in route navigation, behavior management, communications skills, and effective reporting. And in time of crises such as fight, bullying, and emergency situations, I intervened to minimize the risk of further escalation.
