• Ensuring guests have a memorable experience, especially during live races or special events
• Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions as needed
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill orders and resolve any issues
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including setting up and clearing tables

Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment are essential for this role, especially during peak racing times.
