Volunteer Experience

Hockey Development Director/Growth Director/COACH, Rogers Youth Hockey, Rogers, MN, 09/01/11, Present, Highly involved in multiple areas to introduce kids to hockey with free equipment programs., Lead Development Director to ensure kids and families have great experiences with over 400 kids in our association., Coached multiple levels and help new coaches with getting started.

15+ Years of coaching youth hockey at all levels.

Initiated the first Growth and Retention Team at Rogers to help grow the game of hockey and implemented the first :"Free Equipment" program to allow more kids the opportunity to get started to play hockey while removing the financial challenges.

Build and continue to support the first Rogers Hockey Development team that consisted of 11 former hockey players to build a core hockey program to ensure skill development, coach development and a fun and rewarding experience for players at all levels.  

Developed and managed tryouts for over 400 Kids and implemented a system to reduce parent challenges after team selections.
