Signs Express-Grew a small sign shop into almost One million in sales in 10 years by selling a great product efficiently. Retained all employees along the way while surviving covid and the ups and downs of a small business. Selling Signs Express was bittersweet, but competing with AI seemed like a losing battle in that insdustry.

Cashiers Village Inn-Revived a failing hotel to a thriving boutique hotel that tripled in revenue in 2 years. Managed the Inn, while also working on the family christmas tree farm and wedding venue. It was sold as a package deal with the farm.
