My sabbatical was a deliberate break from work focused on personal growth and exploration. During this time, I traveled to gain new perspectives, honed skills through courses and workshops, and pursued personal interests like traveling and hiking. This period of reflection and learning was invaluable, allowing me to return to work with renewed energy, enhanced skills, and a clearer sense of my career and personal goals.
