Major Accomplishments
2005: Helped lead the partnership with the local newspaper, also trained all new Crew leaders on the new labeking process required to make the partnership a success.
2006: Reduced the overtime on day shift to under 2%, and helped implement 5s and Lean Maunfacturing.
2007: I cross trained all of the Solo assocaites to work on Alphaliners. Aslo I played a major part in implementing inline print and Videojets training to prooduction.
2008: reduced Solo labor from 0.0340 to 0.0200.
