  • Developed and launched the Returns Reconciler app, which captures data on parcels that failed to manifest to USPS despite meeting the criteria to be manifested. Reconciler users can review and manifest these parcels directly through the app - ensures Postal compliance, and allows the impacted volume to be considered in future rate discount discussions.
  • Built Product requirements for "Print on Demand" feature that allowed users to print multiple label types via a mobile device instead of traveling back and forth to desktop stations - improving operational efficiency.
