Maintain caseload of 40 plus Inpatient/Outpatient Inmate Patients currently on Involuntary Medication Court Orders (PC 2602)
Analyze PC 2602 initial, renewal, and emergency petitions for accuracy and completeness
Navigate within the Strategic Offender Management System (SOMS) and Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) to research and gather information to create C-File and Discovery for PC 2602 petitions
Scan and upload all documents as it relates to PC 2602 petitions and hearings to Office of Administrative Hearings and Office of Legal Affairs
Send out reminder memos to treating Psychiatrist for upcoming renewals of Inmate/Patients PC 2602 court orders and hearing dates
Monitor and track Inmate/Patients movement within CIW, as well as between CDCR institutions and Department of State Hospitals
Coordinate and communicate with Office of Administrative Hearings and Office of Legal Affairs to schedule hearings
Update and send out PC 2602 active list to Mental Health staff
Coordinate and facilitate all PC 2602 hearings onsite and via Webex
Send out Webex invites to Psychiatry, CDCR Counsel, Inmate Counsel, and the Administrative Law Judge
Maintain PC 2602 hearing calendar
Gather data, compile report for data analysis, and create spreadsheet for Coleman audit as it relates to PC 2602
Act as backup Mental Health Scheduling Clerk as needed
Microsoft office proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Receive incoming calls and answer questions in a large call center
Explain policy and procedures to customers
Explain to customers procedures to register/renew vehicle registration
Explain to customers procedures to apply/renew/reinstate driver license
Schedule appointments
Analyze customer’s records for driver license and registrations and advise how to proceed with obtaining driver license and registration
Answer and route calls to the appropriate person
Answer questions as it pertains to cheer club enrollment and fees
Collect monthly cheer club dues
Prepare bank deposits
Schedule cheer camps and uniform fittings
Make travel and hotel lodging arrangements for cheer competitions
Check girls in at cheer competitions
