Approximately every other Wednesday night, my husband and I teach the 3-8 year olds at the Union Gospel Mission about Jesus. We come up with activities and a video to share. We have prayer and snacks. Once God healed me, I wanted to try and do volunteer work. This was an excellent fit! Janet, Teresa, and Thais are great! We love the kids and especially love teaching them about Jesus.

I became very ill while I was employed at Origins and had to take a leave of absence. I was diagnosed with Adrenal Insufficiency & Myasthenia Gravis. I was disabled for about 10 years. Then God healed me! In 2023, I was able to stop taking all 8 medications I had been prescribed. (My doctor was stunned because one was "keeping me alive.") For the last year I have been functioning disease free! Praise God!
