Developed English curriculum and educated Elementary and Middle school students in South Korea for 3 years. After 2 years, I invested in skills by selling my own artwork. During that time, I was featured in Pop Out Zine Online Magazine, featured on UPcoming artists in South Korea, and participated in a cafe exhibition in Pohang.

• Understood the backend by utilizing Navison for posting and committing daily orders.
• Headed the development of a New POS system with Ebizmart for our new showroom. This included testing, providing design feedback, and attention to detail. Handled all aspects of customer service.
• Communicated with clients about “tear” sheets, product info, lead times, and shipping info (White Glove, UPS, etc)
• Recruited and trained showroom associates in POS Systems, daily procedures, and product knowledge.
• Determined key details for showroom light fixtures, flooring and accessories.
• Liaised with marketing team to identify and develop sales and promotional events.
• Started as a Sales Lead and was quickly promoted to Showroom Manager.

• Assisted with team responsibilities by cleaning, managing cash registers, and product merchandising.
• Engaged with customers to build rapport and promote long-term loyalty for increased sales.
• Oversaw store operations by counting cash drawers, reviewing equipment management, and supervising staff.
