  • Improved dock rate from 336 in Jan 2023 to 420+ in August 2023 (28% improvement YTD) by meticulous labor planning, identifying over headcount instances and working with sr. ops to create cross training plans & working with bottom performers through palletize coaching program on best practices to improve direct rates.
  • Cost owner for FHDs shift and owns PDP planning, scheduling opportunities for his shifts.
  • Launched “Blue vest project” for WS on ship dock to help AA easily identify WS in their zones.
  • Owned Red flag project to replace heavy cones being placed on top of carts. Recordable Injuries from cones falling on AA's head were eliminated due to this initiative and proved to be a huge safety win for EWR4.

  • Created standard work for contingency management across four corners which helped reduce missed CE from scan bucket by 25%.
