Duties included Management of Maintenance, Housekeeping and Janitorial Staff, including submission of daily work schedules, off time, and vacations. Maintenance including plumbing, structural and electrical for 10 acre facility, Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living Facilities and 97 Senior Living Apartments. Supervision of Facility Safety apparatus including fire extinguishers, emergency sprinkler systems, emergency generator and State of California Health Department inspection and logs for said systems.
