Managed GHE & Associates, subdivisions that were not sold to Toll Brothers. This included wrapping up all GHE operations and completing approximately 50 custom and semi custom homes.

One of the initial "Preferred Custom Home Builders" in the highly successful DC Ranch Project in North Scottsdale, building multiple custom homes, while also building custom homes throughout Scottsdale.

Partnered with the Developer of Silverleaf in Scottsdale to Manage and Build the Park Villas and Casitas at Silverleaf. Both highly successful. high-end projects in the most exclusive project in the valley.

Built approximately 80 high end production homes in the exclusive Promontory project in Park City, Utah.

Partnered with DMB on their Kukuiula project on the Island of Kauai, Hawaii, to build the Club Bungalows.

Focused on the remodel market in the Scottsdale area after the traveling wore me down. As employees started to retire, I decided to go solo and become a consultant for developers and individual remodel projects. My main focus has been the complete renovation of a hospitality project on Oak Creek in Sedona Arizona, The Creekside Cabins at Sedona Views Bed and Breakfast.

Helped grow a small family business grow to 150 sales a year, eventually selling to Toll Brothers in 1996.
