Analyze business clients accounting records in order to prepare the tax returns. At times, have staff do the analysis and tax returns. I review it after completion for accuracy. Also, review other tax returns prepared by staff.

Prepared federal and state tax returns and review financial statements. Travel to clients, either monthly, quarterly,or annually to update their accounting records. Sometimes it would include preparation of quarterly and annual payroll taxes.
