SNM provided direct coordination/supervision of over 15 CI/HUMINT operations within the USSOUTHCOM AOR including two named training Combined/Joint SOF training exercises. SNM was directly responsible for the accurate and timely production of over 400 Intelligence
Information Reports, which is a 75% increase in production for SOCSOUTH. As a result of SNM's guidance and leadership, reports generated by field collectors under SNM's charge were improved to such a quality that they were consumed by the highest level intelligence community agencies and were part of the SECDEF's reading list. SNM directly trained and mentored Joint Service members under his charge resulting in an overall increase of productivity and efficiency of reporting and management of Joint CI/HUMINT Operations throughout SOCSOUTH and SOUTHCOM AORs. SNM's initiative allowed him to directly coordinate with
MARFORSOUTH and the USMC at large in order to facilitate USMC CI/HUMINT support to SOCSOUTH in future operations, resulting in increased USMC and SOF interoperability.
