• Improved software quality while reducing testing time and software bugs. Schlumberger had released software with an excessive number of bugs. Dug deep to identify relationships between the problems. Prioritized testing and developed testing plan. Performed regression testing. A high number of defects were identified during testing and resolved.
• Turned around offshore team performance for Halliburton / Landmark Graphics. Inherited team in Pakistan; previous communication with team had been spotty and lacked performance monitoring. Utilized agile methodology, instituted one-on-one weekly meetings. Consistently demonstrated sensitivity to cultural differences that impacted communication and motivation.
• Developed and administered training plan questionnaire. The client was moving from Halliburton Landmark to Schlumberger software. Conducted comprehensive information gathering and analysis to identify customer needs and determine application modules. Identified specific workflow package.
• Reduced operating costs by hundreds of thousands of dollars while simplifying workflows for Schlumberger. Obsolete online website for online data rooms required excessive costs for maintaining. Designed workflows for the new Indigo Pool online portal, which reduced staff from thirteen to five developers.
