- I have held numerous management positions up to that of Senior Operations Manager at UPS. I managed both Inside Operations as well as Driver Operations leading up to managing the Operations for an entire District. I have been promoted on nine occasions. I was always considered a "fixer" and I was relocated on four occasions throughout the Country. While in Utah I was responsible for the States of Utah, Nevada and Idaho. I took that district from a ranking of 55 to a ranking of number 1 in less than a year. I am very diverse in my management style. I strongly believe in accountability. Moreover, I believe in leading my people in a way that strengthens their skillset which will usually result in operational goals being met. I am very versed in dealing with Unions and I have sat on various Company/Union Panels over the years. I enjoy the challenge of improving results through developing people.

- I was used as a "fixer". I was always sent to the Most Help Needed Operations in order to turn them around and I always did.
- I am Community minded. When stationed in Indianapolis, I took over a Community Service Program called the Back Pack Attack. They took in supplies from volunteer points all over the city and then sorted and distributed them to the local schools. It normally took 7 days each year to get this done. We got it done in 3 days. It was very rewarding and the City of Indianapolis recognized our accomplishment.

- Full time Industrial Engineering Package Operations Supervisor - Same responsibilities as my Part Time Industrial Engineering job, but with more overall responsibility and direct contact daily with Senior Managers.

- Full Time On-Road Supervisor - Trained Drivers and held my employees to high standards in the areas of Safety, Performance, Customer Service and Business Development and more.
