  • Reach CRM platform use, including (but not limited to) field, form, and view creation.
  • Lead trainer for the Reach platform; training departments such as Graduate Nursing, CECS, English, Education, LEAD, Environmental Science, I-O Psychology, and many others.
  • Contact point for any questions or concerns for these departments and serve as a liaison for questions, comments, or issues that may come up.
  • Lead the CRM team for Reach Application Review, Events, ACT score load FTP, (as well as other areas) implementation and maintenance.
  • Point person for email scheduling, creation, and implementation, including leading a student worker email transfer project.
  • Radius CRM platform includes (but is not limited to) email creation, campaign and communication plan implementation, target audience creation, student data maintenance, etc.

  • TouchNet platform use, including (but not limited to) payment gateway creation, adding and removing users, training staff and faculty on basic TouchNet use, and developing any useful training materials.
  • Handshake platform use, including (but not limited to) First Destination Survey creation, implementation, and monitoring, adding and removing users, reporting, and developing any useful training materials.
  • Project management of CRM and departmental goals and programs, including (but not limited to) email campaign communication plan distribution and scheduling, PCI Compliance, University and department application counseling and maintenance, scholarship application scheduling and maintenance, etc.
  • Developed dozens of step-by-step instructions for department-owned/partnered software packages, including Radius, Banner, Handshake, TouchNet, etc.
  • Training student workers, staff, faculty, etc. on PCI compliance, Radius and Reach CRM aspects, TouchNet and Handshake use, as well as various other applications.
  • Implement the use of UTC Marketplace; a platform for campus departments to use to take electronic payments. This included creating over 200 applications, invoices, emails, and connecting everything to the payment gateway as well as to Radius CRM.
  • Assisted in the successful implementation of new software system (from Radius CRM to Reach), enhancing data management and operational efficiency.
