When supervisor is off I fill in doing his duties and mine.

Double check Bill of Ladings, Receiving paperwork from previous day and send them to corporate every morning.

Load and Unload trucks.

knowledge with Eagle, JD Edwards and AS400. Knowledge using bar code scanners.

Load trucks first in first out meaning oldest to newest.

After I pick the order and it's loaded, I print the Bill of Lading for the driver and send him to the customer with the proper paperwork.

I do all the Fed Ex for the customer and I send raw materials to the other plants within Newlyweds Foods.

I fill in for the Receiver when needed.

I put together orders that are being shipped Fed Ex Freight.

I did weekly cycle counts and helped the supervisor with the month and year end inventory reports.

I was the backup percurement specialist and did the job when the purchasing manager was on vaction. i ordered raw materials depending on production demands. I ran a Material Status Report every morning to see what was going to need to be ordered and the time frame for how long it will take to get to us.

I worked as the Receiver on the front dock, Bulk Receiver, Packside driver and Mixroom driver.

When working as Receiver, I compared paperwork to the load to make sure everything was accurate. I inspected the trailer and the raw materials before signing off on the paperwork and releasing the driver.

I put the raw materials away oldest in front and newest in back.

• Ensured timely order fulfillment by closely monitoring shipping schedules and coordinating with carriers.
• Handled freight and parcel shipment schedules, return and transfer processes and oversight of daily warehouse operations.
• Managed warehouse operations and verified proper shipment procedures.

Received Packaging, Refrigerated Ingredients and stored them in their proper locations. Made licenses to identify what the product is, lot number and its location.

Issued packaging and raw materials to production as needed and kept track of everything issued and returned back to the warehouse.

Loaded trucks using a slip machine which pulls the product off the pallet and we would load without a pallet.

Did walk throughs in the warehouse, freezer and 40 degree room every couple hours to check the tempatures and to make sure everything is still in their proper places.

We had to do end of shift reports that we would count and put down how much packaging and raw materials we put in production and how much was returned.

When our packaging warehouse was added on I was in charge of it as well and I had to organize the warehouse where it was easily functional.

I had to oversee the department and if we were extremely busy I would go and help where ever needed in the department to keep everything running smooth.
