- Verified the accuracy of payments processed by Enterprise Service Center (ESC) by reviewing payments in the ImageNow verification queues
- Uploaded, researched, and created Collection e-forms in ImageNow for Intra-Governmental Payment and Collections (IPAC) related to Enforcement debts which were referred to the Department of Treasury for offset and cross-servicing
- Routinely worked collaboratively with co-workers, team facilitator, colleagues and contractors to ensure IPAC collections and payment transactions were processed timely
- Along with the Distribution team processed over 900 IPACs, 80 Office of the Whistleblower payments totaling roughly $49 million and 700 Enforcement/Office of Distribution payments totaling over $240 million
- Demonstrated the ability to adjust workload and complete time sensitive tasks based on input from co-workers and the branch chief
- My initiative and commitment towards completing assignments timely resulted in having no internal control issues within my branch
- Spoke with non-government contractors daily in reference to their contracts, ensuring that they were aware as to when a contract was expiring or when payments were due
