I would describe myself as a valuable asset to the team due to my knowledge and ability to execute and adequately perform all of my tasks that are provided to me. My time management skills allow me to go through a large quantity of work in a short amount of time. I was a trainer for quite sometime now and I have trained new incoming employees that have already moved to higher positions due to their own personal accomplishments that they earned from the execution of what they learned from my time teaching, guiding, and mentoring them into becoming valuable team members as well. Not only do I have a wide range of a professional skillset, I also have presented myself with a welcoming and positive demeaner that gains the trust and friendship of my coworkers, I have formed many good relationships among the team, which is just as Important as executing the professional workload and completing jobs. I believe that I would continue to perform exceptionally and grow further if given the opportunity to advance in the company.
