• Complete daily rigorous weight-training exercises; learn techniques for maximizing advanced lateral movements; participate in multiple competitions.

• Traveled to Liberia (10/22), Guatemala (3/23), and Lebanon (7/23) to teach English to students and assist dentists with dental procedures.
