I have been with the restaurant industry since 1982. Started out as a server at Pizza Hut. I have worked at McDonald’s and a local burger place in Angleton.

I have worked as a server at another Mom and Pop restaurant and did very well with the community where I lived because I knew the people.

Worked at Pizza Hut in Helotes for 15 years, in fact, I was there for the grand opening. Was an Assistant Manager there. My former GM had once said that I was his right arm.

I worked at a Taco Cabana and built up customer relationships while working in the drive thru. I had a lot of regular customers.

I’m very well rounded and enjoy talking with people. Talking to customers could turn into a friendship and that’s what keeps them coming back.
