As the first PM at Haul, I worked closely with engineering, design and data scientists to develop and launch HaulDirect. An app-enabled deep jobs platform that matched enterprise and SMB fleet with certified truck drivers, based on job requirements and driver preferences.


I collaborated proactively with senior leaders to ensure alignment with the product vision, track OKRs, review inflight product requirements, report on biweekly sprints, and align on the company roadmap.


  • As part of a fully distributed engineering team, I participated in daily stand-ups, scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, creating Jira epics/issues, sprint planning, and retrospectives.


  • Identified the need for automated communications and spearheaded the successful rollout of a communications plan for drivers and fleets, resulting in a 90% decrease in customer service tasks and improved user experiences.
