My duties as a paid call firefighter I have responded to all types of emergency calls. I have responded to structure fires, wildland fires, traffic collisions, and medical aids while providing great customer service. I have also participated in community events throughout the year which has given me a better appreciation for the citizens of Gem county. While attending training every week and taking extra courses

Educate and advise customers on preventive measures to reduce pest infestations and respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding pest control services and solutions. Apply chemical solutions on building surfaces to eliminate pests inside and outside of structures utilizing company protocols.

Provided initial services for brand new customers all over treasure valley area. Applied pesticides to inside and outside of structures utilizing company protocols. Wrote detailed reports for each job. And finally giving excellent customer service to each customer.

Provided service for numerous clients all over treasure valley. My duties would include setting up traps for certain pests such as skunks, badgers, squirrels, etc. spraying pesticides around or inside homes. installing bat blocks on top of roofs, cleaning out/replacing insulation inside attics.

Provided customer service in the landscaping industry. We installed irrigation systems, planted trees and flowers and kept yards clean and maintained by mowing, trimming and cutting greenery. We worked in a close knit community and were kind and neighborly with all our regular and local customers, creating lasting relationships and grew our network overtime.

I started my own business and gained customers through an online setting and excellent work. Worked closely with my customers to determine what was best for their repair. I worked regularly work with chemicals such as polyester or epoxy to create a cure and would also use power tools, such as a sander, router or buffer.

As a zip-line guide I had many responsibilities that focused on making sure the customers and guests consistently were safe throughout the tour as well as having a positive and fun experience. Every tour started out with routine checks of the course and the equipment as well as a safety speech that educated our customers on their equipment, and ensured that each guest was safety harnessed and tethered. I would continually supervise and lead or guests throughout the tour and addressed any concerns while promoting fun, safety and inclusivity.

My duties as a shift lead barista included closing out the register, train new employees and making sure a high customer service was delivered while working in a high pace environment

As a lifeguard I learned and maintained proficiency and certification in first responder skills such as First Aid, Basic Life Support, Basic Trauma and CPR to offer individuals in distress optimal support. I continually monitored the safety of the guests in and around the swimming pool and held swim classes that provided valuable swim instruction to children of various different ages, building confidence, skills and strength in a positive learning environment.

Operated a control board for various rides for magic mountain. Performed troubleshooting and routine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal working condition. Always making sure guests are safely fastened into their seats all while maintaining a positive attitude. Helping and assisting guests with mental or physical disabilities onto the ride.
