Chase Vogelbach

As the outside operations supervisor I am in charge of staffing each day and making sure everything runs properly through out the day, as well as monitoring many things to ensure the operation will run smoothly in future days. My job is to make sure myself and my staff do whatever the membership needs and make sure its done right the first time. Some ways i do that are-

• Ensure everything thing is neat and is set up properly.
• Ensure top notch service to the members of the club, whether that be a normal day to day request or out of the ordinary I make it happen to please the membership.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Use time management skills to ensure myself and staff can get all the behind the scenes work done so we can service the members to the best of our ability.
• Diffuse and Resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
• Build relationships with the membership.

As a key holder to the store I am the manager on duty when our store manager or assistant manager is not there. My duties are-

• Ensure the sales floor is clean, neat, and stocked at all times.
• Help customers find the style and size they are looking for. If we don't have it, order it for them.
• Knowledge of using a POS system.
• Responsible for closing up the registers and filling out all the paperwork at the end of the day.
• Responsible for all other employees when i am the manager on duty.

As the only full time employee other than the supervisor my job was to service the members in any way possible, and assist the supervisor with anything he needed. When he wasn't there I was in charge of the staff. I assisted in everything that I do now as the supervisor.

I worked here for 3 holiday seasons. My job was to-

• Trim, stand and stage the trees for customers to see.
• Know the different species of trees and the pros and cons of each species.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect type and size tree.
• Once they selected the tree they wanted, we prepared and loaded or delivered the tree for them.

I worked 2 summers for Perfect Game as a Game scout. My duties were-

• Keep the score book of the games I was assigned that day.
• Watch for kids I thought were talented to play at the next level and enter reasons I thought they had the ability to play at the next level.
• Assist the umpires with scores, innings, and time limits to all games.
• Supply and monitor the baseballs for each game.
• Answer any questions about standings or rules for coaches and fans.
• Talk with College coaches that were attending games and give them any information they request.
