Highly motivated and determined student and athlete. I have many volunteer hours working with special needs children in schools and coaching them in gymnastics. I created a group in my high school called "helping hands" that was dedicated to helping special needs students in their classrooms, but also helping them feel more inclusive with the student body. In college I volunteered with Friends of Rudolph, helping and creating arts and crafts with kids. I also volunteered with Women and Sports Day with SCSU's gymnastics team for the four years I was on the team. With my experience in working with the community and children, the Crime Science Masters Program will help me better serve underprivileged children and young adults who have been effected by the justice system.
Awarded "Comeback Player of the Year" for gymnastics 2021-2022
