• Rational Combi Ovens Implementation: Directed the integration of Rational combi ovens across 12 locations, improving food quality and reducing kitchen labor costs
• Digital Line Installation: Managed the end-to-end installation of digital lines in 12 restaurants, improving kitchen workflows, and reducing order-to-delivery times
• Digital Ordering & Catering Transformation: Led the design and implementation of a comprehensive digital ordering system via both website and mobile app, including the first-ever online catering platform for the company.
• New Restaurant Openings: Led the operational planning and execution for 4 new restaurant openings in 5 months, including coordinating logistics, staffing, and training.

Process Optimization: Continuously analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that drive cost savings, enhance service delivery, and increase customer satisfaction.

Established and led a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through creative expression and cultural understanding. Our mission was to distribute recycled art supplies and facilitate community art programs within refugee camps, providing a platform for self-expression and connection for young people in underserved communities.

• Program Development & Execution: Developed and facilitated programs in 2 refugee camps that connected youth with their global community.
• Recycled Art Supplies Distribution: Coordinated a successful art supply recycling program with 3 local chain restaurants and 3 elementary schools, collecting and donating surplus art materials to refugee camps.
• International Art Exchange Program: Created an international art exchange program between a local elementary school and a refugee camp in Amman, Jordan to promote cross-cultural understanding and a sense of shared identity
• Cultural Events & Outreach: Orchestrated a "Day of Color" event in the refugee camp where children participated in collaborative art-making.
• Fundraising & Donor Relations: Led fundraising efforts, securing funds through donor campaigns, and community partnerships.
