• Documented nursing notes, typed Psychosocial Assessments and Clinical Evaluations, administered medication, reordered meds as needed, vital signs were taken, documented input and output, and observed the patients behaviors and verbally corrected them when needed.

• During this contract job I aided in taking vital signs and reconstitution of medicine.

• As a nurse I would triage patients, take vitals, perform nasal flu swabs, strep swabs, administer COVID 19 test, administer shots and any other medication that the provider has ordered, along with aiding the provider in minor procedures by handing them items they need without breaking the sterile field.
