• Duties include onboarding new staff across multiple platforms involving updated and continued health laws and compliance.
• Consultant to future and current clientele while promoting medical services.

• Additional responsibilities include online presence of social media and public outreach and advertising for business growth.

Assist and collaborate with the parent(s) of a young child with mild ASD.

• Provide special regard to daily life activities and gentle reminders like dressing in appropriate clothes, personal hygiene, and time management.
• Assist the child with homework and/or chores as needed.
• Promote and sustain positive feedback and positive reinforcement for extenuating behaviors caused by daily challenges such as an unforeseen change in menu or unexpected change in weather.

• Assist with equipment maintenance before and after listening checks.
• Aid underage patients with regard to comprehension during audio screenings.
• Configure ear molds and assist in hearing aids fittings.
• Enter EHDI information into EPIC Systems database.
• Provide recommendations of equipment and updates for new and returning patients.
• Provide second day and follow up support as needed.
• Supply and demand orders and inventory orders.

• Recruit and train new employees.
• Manage compliance of current and ongoing health and safety standards.

• Manage daily finances including biweekly meetings at banking institutes.
