Dedicated employee of The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for nearly 15 years. Through the various roles held within the hospital, invaluable experience and knowledge have been gained. - Weekly meetings with the division chief and administrative director, working in the Qgenda system, creating a complex schedule of call and clinical assignments involving over 65 Attendings, 35 CRNAs, 12 fellows, and a rotating group of residents at a time.
- Liaison with the customer service team at Qgenda to implement new rules, new assignments, new staff, or communicate any system issues the team in experiencing.
- Running numerous reports in Qgenda and compiling them into an excel document to ensure each staff member is fulfilling their clinical and academic obligations.
- Approving/denying vacation, meeting, or assignment swap requests for the anesthesia care providers.
