- Responsible for administration of training to Lead Surveillance and Surveillance Agents through in-house and remedial training
- Shares knowledge, trends, and best practices to continuously develop and enhance individual and team capabilities
- Develops and implements key strategies, best practices, and tactics to ensure thorough monitoring and observation of entire property
- Provides testimony as an expert witness or subject matter expert in Gaming Commission Hearings, Tribal Court or Court of Law
