Accustomed to building effective and comprehensive wellness programs that are consumer people toward good nutrition, proper eating habits, and lifestyle change. A licensed nutritionist, an entrepreneur, and a tireless volunteer with zealousness for healthy lifestyle.
I teach Water Aerobics and Group Strength and Stretch Training Classes. Recently I have added Step Aerobics to my repertoire.
I currently teach both Deep Water and Water Aerobics . I also teach Seated Exercise and Neuro Fit for Parkinson’s”.
