- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from multiple systems whilst converting reports into an Excel format and distributing to my team, supervisor, and other departments/teams as deemed necessary.
- Manage multiple email boxes and respond to both internal and external customers within a timely manner.
- Handle escalations from the team by emailing and/or calling other departments internally and externally to resolve issues.

- Process Private, FHLMC, and FNMA claims.
- Provide backup documents for claims.
- Train employees on various processes.
- Research, set-up, and complete loan modifications for Loss Mitigation team.
- Complete daily funds transaction reports to complete funds received step on foreclosure and loss mitigation templates, as well as updating and closing out related tasks.
