I started as a delivery driver. I learned how to process flowers. I accomplished how ring up a customers on the computer which included taking orders over the phone for delivery and wire outs. I also learned the procedure of opening and closing the store. I can make a delivery route on the computer. I have learned how to make a market list of flowers and go to pick them up from the market.

I set up the dining room tables for the residents, cleaned the kitchen, served breakfast, and cleared tables. Passed medication, answered emergency bells.
