- Developing & Enhancing the FedEx Yearly rate load process for regions across world. One point of contact for business leads across FedEx regions to load sensitive & confidential FedEx yearly rates.

- Developing a db sync process during overlapping period, to take care of the critical FedEx Rates.

- Monitoring web service performance through Splunk and dashboards.

- On-prem to cloud migration of the servers. Jenkins setup & uDeploy configurations.

- Resolved business critical issues/defects in quick time thus avoiding revenue leakages.

- Adaptable and proficient in learning new concepts quickly and efficiently.

• Pre Migration:

- Was involved in requirement analysis, designing and coding of the application which was completely on Mainframe. Assigning tasks to offshore team.

- Taking complete ownership & leading some of the business critical projects from start to successful deployment.

- Developed a system 'Netrates' from scratch to let new accounts mimic existing account attributes from similar FedEx regions and then just setting up new Rates as per business. Thus automating the big complex process of larger accounts creation.

- Used strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions for challenging situations.

- On-call production support for critical 'Rating' application with a strict SLA.

• Key Accomplishments:

- Received appreciation from FedEx VP & Eviden management for the successful migration of one of the biggest & complex application under FedEx Revenue system.

- Was awarded 'Individual Values' & 'Quality' award by Eviden.

• Worked for healthcare client where project revolved around grasping the client's current and emerging challenges and devising solutions through the creation of automated tools. These tools aimed to assist the client across different phases efficiently and needed to be developed swiftly while meeting the client's expectations. Once developed, they were to be presented to the client.
• Developed multiple mainframe tools from scratch such as Impact Analyzer, Auto Code Changer & Crosswalk.
• Maintenance/Enhancement of the above-mentioned tools.
• Preparing User manuals, Demo Scripts & presentation of developed tool to Client.
