• I was born in Choluteca, Honduras in September twenty-eight two-thousand five. I came to the United States when I was eight years old. I came to this country without knowing any english or anything about it but i was eager to learn english, cultures, and everything about this new place for me. My first school year in the US was fourth grade, during my two elementary school years here I tried to learn as much english as I could and by the end of elementary school I could speak a lot of english, I did struggle with some words and I still do but i try my best everyday to learn n ew things. I had it a little hard being here as an immigrant because I had people telling me a lot of bad comments for being an immigrant like for example that I could never become something in life and I should just go back to my country but I did not give up and Im still not giving up im achieving my goals and becoming a better me and still keep trying. Just graduated from high school and with a Cosmetologist license at age seventeen and I am ready for whats to come no matter what the challenge or the obstacle is I know i would overcome it.
