· Oversee and manage North/West quarter of Ohio in Recreation Sales with multiple vendors and manufacturers.

· Work along communities to help with growth in all accessible parks and playgrounds through design, product, installation, surfacing, shade and site amenities

· Continue Growth in generating new leads and growing a consistent pipeline of new and existing clients to ensure company growth and profit

· Manage a territory of 23 Lowe’s in brand sales and expenses

· To develop, oversee, and maintain relationships with key personnel at stores within assigned territory in a manner that maximizes the sale of American Woodmark kitchen and bath cabinets by those stores and meet or exceed sales and expense budgets.

· Manage customer issues and resolutions in a professional manner to uphold American Woodmark policies and procedures

• Promotional event planning and budgeting
• Conduct comparative analysis on competitor designs and quotes to convert potential sales

· Oversee sales planning, in-home and in-store customer consultations, development of project proposals, and tracking of current and potential sales.

· Serve as product expert in Kitchen Cabinets, Flooring, Millwork, Electrical and Fashion Bath departments as it pertains to Kitchen and Bath renovations.

· Create floor and elevation plans to scale with detailed measurements per contractor’s review

· Arrange in-home and in-store design reviews and quote reviews

· Upon approval of design, order product list, manage project scheduling, schedule contractors

Guide customers through their renovation by managing my teams schedule, contractor availability, and product delivery.
