Opening and closing the HQ. This involves getting there before opening and setting up the outside with banners and tables. Getting machinery inside functioning (ice shaving machine, walk in, and deep freezer all have correct temperatures and are stocked) keep floors shelves and walls clean, along with that same equipment. Elaborate or explain anything to customers while helping them finish their order , while also maintaining the businesses standard of customer service and allowing them to explore their options. Closing will involve taking trashes out, clearing of dishes, and preventing crustation or mold due to sitting overnight. This keeps out stationary LLC running and passing health inspections.

Supervised daily operations under shift leads, managed lines of people along with organization of individuals/customers. Took part in servicing customers with elite attitudes (required) and with enough personality to make them want to return. Make product quality grade and to the original set standard the company created. Cleaning and organizing was also a large part of this endeavor keeping the shelves and dishes tidy contributes to the floors and so on. So creating system or hierarchy for what gets organized or cleaned first in order for something else to be next and be done efficiently.
