Manage work cell activities efficiently and prioritize daily tasks, provide technical guidance to junior staff on inspection processes and techniques, ensure comprehensive training through detailed documentation using the employee skills matrix, lead continuous improvement efforts and 5S activities, and support the manager in daily tasks, data analysis, and reporting, as well as writing SOPs and work instructions.

Dimensional first part buy-off, in-process, and final inspection; developed and tested CMM programs to ensure accuracy in inspecting new parts; performed tool inspection and certification of molds, fixtures, and cure tables using Laser Tracker and Articulating Arms; planned upcoming jobs for efficient workflow; and developed new procedures for inspection equipment and tooling.

Conducted a thorough inspection of the first parts machined, proved out the machining processes, conducted hardness and eddy current testing for material assessment, ensured compliance of outside processing with technical specifications, conducted assembly inspections, and verified helicoil installation to quality standards.
