• Served as a reconstruction estimator and also spent one month cross-training in mitigation services.

• Serving as the primary contact between the company and the client, I worked with the owner and the insurance company to provide a thorough written estimate of all structural and content related damages - and the costs associated with remediation and restoration of damaged properties. Routine follow up calls were made with all adjusters and homeowners until the job was actively underway.

• Managed 10-20 sales professionals responsible for selling roofs and various materials to residential customers. Assisted sales personnel in all aspects of selling, supervising, Restoration, construction, and collection of payments. Trained new sales associates and mentored the sales staff.
